Every eligible purchase through Novalon Store can earn you 10 Loyalty Points for every £1 spent. Your points accumulate in your Novalon account. Your Loyalty Points balance is available through My Account → Novalon Rewards.

Want to turn your Loyalty Points into NVLN? Submit a redemption request directly from your Novalon Rewards dashboard. Processing can take up to 48 hours.
Connecting your wallet to Novalon for Holder Rewards is designed to be read-only. The Novalon website only reads your public wallet address and your NVLN balance (just like BaseScan, or any other Blockchain viewer) on the Base blockchain. Novalon will never ask for your PIN, Seed Phrase, Recovery phrase, Private key or wallet password.

Novalon Holder Rewards are designed to recognise long-term NVLN holders. Your Holder Tier is determined by the value of your NVLN holdings. You can check your NVLN balance and Rewards at any time by connecting your wallet. All tier holders participate in the Holder Rewards programme. To qualify, you must maintain the required NVLN balance across three consecutive monthly snapshots.

Artist Rewards
Novalon gives artists the opportunity to showcase and sell their work through the Novalon ecosystem. Artists do not need to manage their own Store listings — once approved and selected, Novalon handles the listing and sale process on their behalf.
There are no joining fees, listing fees or monthly charges. Artists pay only a 5% commission on completed sales, with the remaining 95% paid to the artist.
Artists also earn 10 Loyalty Points for every £1 of artwork sold, giving them additional rewards for every successful sale.

Yes. Reward Points can be exchanged for NVLN, the official utility and rewards token of the Novalon ecosystem. The amount of NVLN received is determined by the current market value of NVLN at the time of redemption.
Yes. Reward Points remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned. Points must be redeemed or used before they expire.
NVLN redemption requests are processed manually on a weekly basis. Once processed, the corresponding amount of NVLN will be transferred to the wallet connected to your Novalon account and the redeemed Reward Points will be deducted from your balance.
As you earn more Reward Points, you’ll unlock higher membership tiers and gain access to additional rewards, exclusive offers, early access opportunities, and ecosystem benefits.
Artists earn Reward Points through eligible artwork sales completed via Novalon Store. Artists can also progress through the Artist Rewards Programme and unlock additional exposure and promotional opportunities.
Yes. Reward Points can be used towards eligible purchases across the Novalon ecosystem, including products, services, and future participating partners.
To ensure the long-term sustainability of the ecosystem, Novalon may periodically update earning rates, redemption options, participating partners, and programme benefits as the ecosystem continues to grow.
Once you have accumulated Reward Points, you can submit a redemption request through your Novalon account. The value of your points will be converted into NVLN based on the current market price at the time of processing and sent directly to your connected wallet.
